for those of you who are busy partying, or still busy mugging, that's the TOP PSLE score this year. my oh my, that's like really really high, only 6 marks to a perfect score you know! i wonder if kids are really getting smarter these days. i remember in our time, the top score was always in the 280-range. i wonder what these 290-pointers eat to have such good brainpower. i watched the news, this malay girl who scored 294 said she started reading when she was 2 (TWO) years old. i wonder what i was doing. still gliding around on my stomach and butt like a sealion maybe? lol -_-

well grades aside, i hope these bright sparks do have a childhood, cos i think kids these days are gradually losing that innocence. kinda sad if you think about it. all sorts of classes parents enrol them in, i wonder how many really enjoy what they are "learning". then again, because they have not experienced what childhood was like for us, like we only know what our parents' childhoods were like through stories, there is no basis of comparison. maybe kids today are really enjoying what they are doing. haha =P

anyway, WE FINALLY BOOKED OURSELVES A FLIGHT TO HONG KONG! ok so i am really going now. heh. may says she has 38 more days before she flies to US, that means i have about 44. very fast! haha =P
